For your satisfactory, we accept return of the original artwork within 3 days of delivery.
First of all, send us an email for your intent to return the artwork within 3 days of delivery. In the email, please include
- Reason for the return,
- Images of the artwork,
- Images of the packaging, and
- Do you seek for a replacement or a refund?
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that all returns of the artworks must include
- Email notification to us within 3 days of delivery,
- You ship out the artwork within 3 days of notifying us,
- The certificate of authenticity of the artwork,
- Original packaging of the artwork. If you already disposed the original packaging, it is your responsibility to buy new packaging materials and pack the artwork securely,
- Use DHL or FedEX only,
- Shipping insurance,
Please email to us images of the return artwork package and tracking numbers. Once we received the returned artwork in acceptable condition, we will start to process your refund. The refund (minus shipping costs, international customs fees and additional shipping fees for international returns, if any) will be paid to your original source of payment within 10 business days.
