Are all artworks original and made by Fuen Chin?
Yes, all artworks are original and made by Fuen Chin. All artworks sold with autograph on the artworks and on the certificate of authenticity.
How to purchase the original artworks?
Please click the “BUY NOW” button of the artwork. This will direct your interest to us through auto-generated email. In the email, please let us know your delivery address & contact numbers. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Do you take artwork commission?
Yes, we take artwork commission. To commission an artwork, please read 'How to commission an artwork?' below.
How to commission an artwork?
There are two methods to commission an artwork:
- Please send description of the artwork or images to fuenchin@gmail.com. Also, please let us know (i) when do you need the artwork; (ii) size of the artwork; (iii) medium: paper, canvas, mural, etc; (iv) your budget; (v) delivery address & contact numbers.
- Visit the “Gallery” on this website → find the piece that you want to commission → click the “BUY NOW” button → in the email, please let us know your preference: (i) when do you need the artwork; (ii) size of the artwork; (iii) medium: paper, canvas, mural, etc; (iv) your budget; (v) delivery address & contact numbers.
How we deliver the artwork?
We use the following carriers: FedEx, DHL or Crown Fine Art. Please note that the selling price of the artwork does not cover taxes and/or duties incurred upon delivery of the artwork. You will be responsible to cover the duties and taxes before the delivery can proceed from the customs office.
Do we do artwork installation?
Yes, we do artwork installation with extra charges.
About our artwork packaging
Inner Protection - We will wrap the artwork with the DuPont™ Tyvek® material. Then, the Outer Protection - we will put the well-wrapped artwork into a custom-made cardboard box or wooden crate. Please note that the DuPont™ Tyvek® material is lightweight, water resistant and breathable. This can protect artwork in the long term.
